Graeme and Lisa from Workbridge were honoured to attended the 2011 peter crimmins medal night with the hawthorn football club.

The biggest event on Hawthorn’s calendar went off in spectacular style at Crown Palladium in front of 1,300 guests on Saturday 8 October, where Sam Mitchell snared his third best and fairest award for the Hawks.

President Jeff Kennett was honoured in a farewell tribute video followed by his final Peter Crimmins Medal address as President, sending a clear message that Hawthorn Football Club is in a healthy position and will continue to prosper in the future.

Captain Luke Hodge and Senior Coach Alastair Clarkson pledged their commitment and dedication to the 2012 campaign.

It was a close race in the beginning of the count, however eventual winner Sam Mitchell retained his number one spot for the entire night, resulting in his third Peter Crimmins Medal.

10 YEARS SERVICE

Congratulations to David on completing 10 years of service at Bunning's in Scoresby.

David commenced his role as a car park attendant In 2001 and has since undertaken a variety of training through Bunning's in the areas of OH&S, and sales. More recently, Bunning's is training David in garden power tools where he will be able to assist customers on various products available to meet their needs.

David is well valued at the store by his peers and often receives positive feedback from customers.

Look out for David if you visit the store, you may find him at the front of the door. He’s the one with the permanent smile :)
