Referrals to Workbridge
Referrals to the service can be received from professionals or directly, for job seekers. Workbridge works in partnership with support networks and referral services to ensure the best possible employment outcomes are achieved.
Professionals can include but are not limited to: Counselling services, Physiotherapist, Psychologist's, School Welfare Coordinators, General Practitioners, Case Workers, Rehabilitation consultants, Special School Co-ordinators.
If you would like to refer someone to our service, please do so by downloading the attached form and either mailing or faxing it back to us. A consultant will be in touch with you to complete your application.
