Workbridge is a specialist Disability Employment Service (DES) provider funded by the Federal Government, DEEWR providing employment assistance to people with a disability, injury, learning difficulty or medical condition in the open labour market.

We have a diverse range of candidates from all walks of life, who are motivated, enthusiastic and possess a range of skills. We carefully match job seekers’ abilities and skills to the organisation's requirements and we provide on-the-job training and support at the workplace for as long as required.

An important part of our role is to educate. We educate employers, co-workers and the broader community about disabilities and long-term medical conditions. We also advocate on behalf of our job seekers and workers and can assist them to resolve work-related disputes and to understand their employment rights and obligations.

We are a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of specialised services to the community; our primary focus is assisting others – not making a profit.

Workbridge is a current member of NATIONAL DISABILITY SERVICES an industry body that maintains strict levels of ethics and business practices within Disability Open Employment industry, Jobs Australia - a large national body of employment service providers, and VECCI.

Workbridge has 2 Full time offices in Lilydale and Rowville and operates 5 Outreach office across Melbourne and rural Victoria.
